Member Access Policies

Edinburg Spotlight maintains written policies governing each Member Access program to establish the applicable terms, standards, responsibilities, and operational guidelines associated with participation. These policies are intended to provide transparency regarding the scope of each membership, define the rights and limitations afforded under each program, and ensure the consistent administration of Member Access in accordance with Edinburg Spotlight's governing practices, applicable agreements, and intellectual property standards.

Edinburg Spotlight selects and develops documentary stories with its own creative direction. Payment covers the licensing rights and membership benefits identified in the applicable written agreement; it does not purchase editorial control or ownership of the documentary. Costs, included materials, platforms, advertising permissions, and the license period are discussed before commitment. Additional videos, behind-the-scenes material, and photographs are available through membership and are not automatically included with a documentary feature.

Premium Member Access

Premium Member Access defines the permitted use of agreed documentary and supplemental materials for business branding and digital presence. Sharing and advertising rights apply only to the assets, platforms, purposes, and license period stated in the written agreement. Premium membership does not include advance viewing, approval, or requests for edits.

Executive Member Access

Executive Member Access provides the advance viewing, review, and opportunities to request changes expressly included in its written agreement. These opportunities are consultative: Edinburg Spotlight retains final creative direction, editorial judgment, and authority over the final cut and publication. Licensing rights and any additional materials are specified separately in the agreement.
