Executive Member Access Policy

1. Purpose

Executive Member Access is an enhanced participation and licensing program that provides limited opportunities for factual review, creative consultation, and additional production accommodations beyond those available through the standard Community Storytelling Tier and Premium Member Access.

Executive Member Access is intended to support participants who desire greater involvement in certain aspects of their feature while preserving the editorial independence and creative integrity of Edinburg Spotlight productions.

2. Definitions

Executive Member

Any individual, business, organization, or entity that enters into an Executive Member Access agreement with Edinburg Spotlight.

Creative Consultation

The opportunity to provide reasonable input regarding factual information, name spellings, professional titles, contextual clarifications, and other limited matters identified within an applicable Producer Agreement.

Editorial Independence

The exclusive right of Edinburg Spotlight to determine all final creative, artistic, and production decisions relating to its Content.

Supplemental Production Services

Additional filming sessions, reshoots, pickups, revisions, or production accommodations that extend beyond the standard scope of participation.

3. Creative Consultation Rights

Executive Members may provide reasonable feedback concerning:

• Name spellings;

• Professional titles;

• Business information;

• Factual corrections;

• Contextual clarifications;

• Supplemental footage requests;

• Limited reshoot considerations; and

• Minor storytelling recommendations.

Such feedback shall be considered in good faith but shall not be binding upon Edinburg Spotlight.

Implementation of any requested changes shall remain solely at the discretion of Edinburg Spotlight.

4. Editorial Independence

Edinburg Spotlight shall retain sole and exclusive authority over all final creative decisions, including but not limited to:

• Narrative structure;

• Storytelling direction;

• Editing decisions;

• Music selection;

• Visual presentation;

• Production style;

• Release schedules;

• Final cuts; and

• Public distribution.

Executive Member participation shall be consultative in nature and shall not constitute editorial approval authority.

5. Supplemental Production Requests

Requests for additional filming, reshoots, pickups, or related production services may be considered based upon operational feasibility, production schedules, crew availability, and applicable membership terms.

Approval of such requests shall remain solely within the discretion of Edinburg Spotlight and may require separate agreements or additional compensation where appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property Ownership

All Content produced by Edinburg Spotlight shall remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Edinburg Spotlight.

Executive Member Access shall not create:

• Ownership rights;

• Copyright interests;

• Trademark interests;

• Joint venture relationships;

• Co-authorship claims;

• Partnership arrangements; or

• Editorial ownership.

All rights not expressly granted shall remain reserved by Edinburg Spotlight.

7. Payment Requirements

Executive Member privileges shall become effective only after fulfillment of all applicable membership requirements and executed agreements.

Additional services falling outside the agreed scope of participation may require separate arrangements.

8. Reservation of Rights

Edinburg Spotlight reserves all rights not expressly granted within this Policy or any associated Producer Agreement.

Nothing contained herein shall be interpreted as transferring creative control, ownership, or editorial authority to any Executive Member.

9. Policy Modifications

Edinburg Spotlight reserves the right to revise, amend, or update this Policy at any time.

The most current version published on the official Edinburg Spotlight website shall govern all future Executive Member arrangements and related services.
